End of Krėvos Project – “Parko Namai”

The idea for the apartment complex “Parko Namai” (Krėvos St. 4, Kaunas) was born back in 2016, and today we are delighted to announce that the final stage of this development has been completed! The process of building approval has begun.tatinio pridavimas.

As part of this project, we performed the role of the general designer for all project components, including architecture and site planning. The implementation of “Parko Namai” stands as an excellent example of successful project management, demonstrating how work can be carried out professionally and with high quality under the guidance of competent and experienced project managers and engineers.

A Brief Overview of “Parko Namai”

A spatial composition inspired by history

In response to the height of neighboring buildings, the development features 4- and 5-story buildings with attics, while along Krėvos Street, 3-story buildings with attics reflect the finer scale and volume of the surrounding environment. Following recommendations from cultural heritage specialists, valuable objects—such as metal columns and gates—were preserved and integrated as architectural and landscape elements.

Cohesive architectural character

The exterior expression of the complex draws inspiration from the old-town architecture of European cities, where narrow, differently styled facades with pitched roofs are grouped together. Although the buildings differ in height, color, and material, they form a harmonious whole. The “Parko Namai” design achieves this effect through the thoughtful combination of various materials and colors, as well as the integration of façade details that create a rhythmic visual flow.

A comfortable, safe, and welcoming inner courtyard

The inner territory features two passive recreation areas, three playful children’s playgrounds, and amphitheater-style steps that not only facilitate movement but also provide a unique leisure experience. The space is further enriched with numerous elements of small-scale architecture.

Sustainable architectural solutions

Special attention was given to the use of natural finishing materials and the creation of an ergonomic, inclusive, and socially sustainable environment. At buyers’ request, autonomous heat recovery (recuperation) systems and parking spaces for electric vehicles were also installed.
