Pagaliau prasideda mūsų ir architektų studijos "Arches" projekto „Memelio miestas“ Klaipėdoje statybos! Tikime, jog šis daugiabučių kompleksas taps ne vien mūsų, City Projects, pasididžiavimu, bet ir Klaipėdos miesto bei visos Lietuvos.

Taking into account the historical context, green areas, squares, and pedestrian alleys are being carefully designed.

The Danė River embankment area

Special attention is given to the use and development of the Danė River embankment space.

Historical proportions

The division of building volumes and their scale are determined by the proportions and size of neighboring historical structures.

Visual connection with the river

Kuriant ansamblį, išsaugomas korpusų-kvartalų vizualinis ryšys su Danės upe, piliaviete, t. y numatomos skersinės gatvelės - vizualiniai koridoriai.
