At last, construction has begun on our project “Memelio City” in Klaipėda, developed together with the architectural studio Arches!  We believe that this residential complex will become not only a source of pride for us, City Projects, but also for the city of Klaipėda and all of Lithuania.

Green spaces and alleys

Taking into account the historical context, green areas, squares, and pedestrian alleys are being carefully designed.

The Danė River embankment area

Special attention is given to the use and development of the Danė River embankment space.

Historical proportions

The division of building volumes and their scale are determined by the proportions and size of neighboring historical structures.

Visual connection with the river

In creating the ensemble, the visual connection between the building quarters and the Danė River, as well as the castle site, is preserved — with transverse streets planned as visual corridors.
