After the Palanga City Municipality approved the design proposals, we are finally delighted to present to you our upcoming shopping center in Palanga — covering nearly 1,500 square meters. Under its roof, there will be conveniently located stores offering clothing, footwear, and household goods. 

In this project, we are acting as the general designer, responsible for managing all parts of the project — including architecture, site planning, and the preparation of the retail building with all necessary engineering networks and infrastructure.
