A new project in Vilnius – “Baltupis”!

We are pleased to announce, together with the developer UAB “Realco” and the project authors UAB “UNITECTUS”, that the new “Baltupis” project at Didlaukio St. 53, Vilnius has officially been launched.

Šiam objektui dega žalia šviesa - gautas statybą leidžiantis dokumentas (SLD). 

The volumes of the designed residential building create a new, high-quality urban quarter that focuses not only on future residents but also on publicly accessible community spaces – recreational meeting areas and alleys. 

The ground floors of the building are planned for multi-purpose spaces, adaptable for commercial, social, public, or service functions. 

In this project, the general designer role was carried out by the creative team of UAB “UNITECTUS”, while the City Engineers team implemented and coordinated the engineering solutions.
