Address: Palanga, Lithuania 

The designed territory area: approx. 1.78 ha 

The objective of planning was the alteration of site boundaries as well as settlement of land administration and use schedules, correction of use type and a format, providing the construction of new residential apartment houses. 

A unique complex of residential houses consisting of 8 buildings. The location of the object is in a quiet part of the town, near to the centre, surrounded by the forest in Palanga. These are the residential houses of five floors situated in a modern way.
