Multi Functional building (including prestigious apartments)

The design offers for the project development and calculations of insolation were prepared in 2011. 

Building of 23 floors, covering approx. 13 774 sq. m. in total, was designed. First floors are for commercial purpose. Prestigious apartments (penthouses) with single panoramic elevators and terraces are provided on the top floors.
